One of the greatest moments of my life was the day my grandson, Thomas, was born.  I had been told. by those who had experienced becoming grandparents before me. that there was nothing, nothing in the world to compare.  They were right!  The love I experience with Thomas is amazing!  My children are my heart, I love them dearly, but Thomas is the heart beat that keeps me looking and moving forward.

Thomas is 12 now and we have to work at spending time together but I cherish those moments. This summer Tuesdays are "grandma" day.  He spends time with me talking, sharing the newest game, and going to the Tuesday Matinee with me.  Soon he will be to busy to spend Tuesdays with grandma but I am tucking these special days away.  They will be the sweet memories of tomorrow that I will thumb through in my scrapbook.
